Main responsibilities

  • Assist with the application and renewal of new 3PRMs.
  • Analyze pain points and risk levels in the 3PRM process.
  • Analyze vendor risk levels (high/medium/low), assess vendor status and renewal frequency, and execute related tasks.
  • Support BU functions, e.g., notifications for drug returns/exchanges, BU advertising material applications, and event applications.
  • Assist with Veeva CRM data housekeeping for customer profiles.


Who can apply?

  • Must be a university student in the third year or above or a graduate student.
  • Working time: at least 2.5 days per week.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
